Registration
Requirement: Registration of each homeowner/tenant is required in the
community by-laws/covenants. Non-registration will affect your voting ability. It also helps with communication
between the Directors/Officers and property owners for notices, assessment letters, annual meeting, etc. This information
is for SCOA use only and is not released to the public.
The information on the form may be furnished by email, letter, telephone,
or any means as long as the responses are clearly keyed to the question numbers on the form. Re-registration will be
periodically required, in order to update some of the information. This information is needed because SCOA will depend
on its web page and email to the maximum extent possible to communicate with its members, using US Mail only when necessary
to meet legal requirements or serve those members that do not have internet access. Minimal use of US Mail will
hold our administrative costs to the least amount.
