President:

Duties:  Serves as CEO of the organization, presides at all meetings of the Association and Board of Directors, appoints all committee's, exercises all the general powers and duties ususally invested in the office of President of an Association (inclusive of but not limited to expenditure and shared contracting authority).
 
Vice President:

Duties:  Serves as President of the Association in his absence or inability to function or perform his duties for any reason, performs any duties directed by the President.  Possesses shared contracting authority.
 
Secretary:

Duties:  Keeps minutes of meetings of the Association and the Board of Directors (BOD); has charge of all books, papers, and,official files of the Association and BOD.  Responsible for insuring that both pending and approved association minutes are posted to the web site in a timely manner; responsible for all necessary coordination required and response to commercial inquiries regarding the status (good/ not good) of members with the SCOA for real estate closings and/or refinancing of member mortgages.  Performs all duties incident to the office of Secretary, including but not limited to Notary Public certifications.  Posesses shared contracting authority with the President/Vice President.

Duties:  Collection, receipt and deposit of all monies, disbursement of monies as necessary to pay bills associated with budgeted items and/or as directed by the President , Vice President or Board of Directors for both budgeted and/or nonbudgeted items should such occur, monthly balancing of the Association checkbook against Bank Statements, Preparation of financial statements/reports as requested by Officers/Board of Directors, presentation of a Treasurers' report at called Association meetings.
