Homeowner Responsibilities
We have been asked by several
homeowners to be more proactive enforcing the Association’s rules and covenants with regards to yard care and rash receptacle
storage. Please be advised that it is every homeowner’s responsibility to maintain their yard with respect to
weeds, timely mowing and edging. Also, trash receptacles must be stored where they are not visible from the street.
This means that trash receptacles must be stored behind the homeowner’s fence. If a homeowner does not have a
fence, it is still their responsibility to store the trash receptacle so it is not visible from the street. Historically
some of these rules have been contentious issues for some of our neighbors. Please remember these rules were established
by the original builder, not the current board of directors or officers; however the directors have the legal responsibility
for ensuring they are followed. A complete listing of the Association’s covenants can be found on the website.
The Association’s rules are in place to ensure our neighborhood maintains a pleasant appearance and subsequently
to maintain or enhance the value of our homes.

RV
/ Boat storage
Soon summer will
be here and some of us will be taking out our RVs and/or boats. Please remember that boats and RVs (to include trailers
and campers) are not permitted to be permanently stored in driveways or on Stone Creek streets. Each homeowner is allowed
to have their RV or boat in their driveway for up to 48 hours to allow them to prepare or cleanup after use.

Pool Key Reprogramming
With the installation of the
new lock controller all pool keys must be reprogrammed. To get your key reprogrammed
we need the first 5 number on your pool key. You can e-mail them with your name and address thru the associations web site
