1. Committee's: (1) ACC, Charged with the enforcement of all SCOA covenants and development of associated
penalties for violations thereto, (2) Beautification: Charged with planning, maintenance and care of SCOA entries, and
other common area's such as the drainage greenbelt.
2. Pool Work: (1) Certified Pool Operators: Mulitiple persons needed to share the task of checking
chemical balance of pool water four times daily, opening and closing of the pool daily, sweeping of pool floor as needed,
cleaning of restrooms weekly, setting out garbage can on pickup day and return of same next day, general pool maintenance
as required. CPO's require state certification which constitutes a one day course given by the State/County Health Department and
for which the SCOA will bear the cost. Certifications are good for 3 years.
3. Electricians: Persons qualified to do electrical work for the purpose of expanding/modifying
the breaker box in the pool equipment room. This is anticipated for the adding of outlets sufficient to support the
installation of a video surveillance system and associated AC.
4. Automatic Sprinkler System Maintenance: Persons with experience to repair broken sprinkler
heads, and properly relocate or reposition individual sprinklers to more efficiently water grass along the Reno green
strip.
5. Tractor with Blade Grader & Operator: Light tractor and operator needed to grade along the sloped
area on the south side of Mindy Lane to assist in the removal of imbedded plastic erosion barriers, level out the surface
while retaining the present slope in order to prep for planting of flora and/or grass. This is a beautification project to
improve the appearance of this steet.
6. Bricklayer/Concrete Work: Qualified, experienced person(s) to construct a secure
brick mailbox for the SCOA to be located next to the side walk at the street curb of the community pool.
7. Greeters/Sign In Clerks: It is anticipated that the SCOA meetings will continue to utilize
nearby church facilities for its Annual General meeting, and special meetings. We need four persons to oversee
the sign in procedure prior ot such meetings. These jobs require little time and are essential to recording attendance
and qualification of voters for issues to be decided at meetings. Not a tough job, but clearly important and essential.
8. General Manual Laborers: This is to setup chairs, tables and such prior to any SCOA meetings as
required. Includes takedown and storage following the meeting. Good health, and couple hours time at most anticipated.
